John Telesca is an associate in Coffey Modica O’Meara’s Long Island office. With more than a decade of experience in insurance defense litigation, John represents clients in general liability and New York Labor Law matters.
Overview
He handles all facets of litigation and is particularly skilled at identifying the nexus in a case’s testimony and facts to theories of law that benefit his client’s defense. One particular success of his involved a motion for summary judgment in which he utilized a novel argument and prevailed, successfully dismissing the matter for his client.
Prior to joining CMOC LLP, John worked for regional law firms where he had the fortunate experience of working on a broad range of cases, including commercial litigation, municipal law, premises liability and negligence matters.
