Overview
Experienced with insurance defense matters, Nicolette manages cases from initial intake to settlement and/or trial preparation. She regularly drafts mediation statements, motions, written discovery and trial preparation documents. She has even second-seated an employment law case, an experience that drives her desire to zealously represent her clients.
Beyond her legal acumen, Nicolette prides herself in her ability to work well with clients, giving them realistic expectations and reassuring them through the stresses of litigation.
