Sean C. Ferrito

Sean represents companies and individuals in general liability, premises liability and New York Labor Law matters. He handles cases from the outset through resolution: appearing in court, taking depositions, interviewing experts and drafting pleadings and motions, among other things, to develop case strategies and defense theories aligned with his clients’ business goals.

Sean brings a diverse portfolio of legal experience to client engagements. Focused on practicing law early on, Sean majored in legal studies in college before attending law school. He then worked for law firms and other organizations, honing his legal writing skills, oral advocacy and investigative acumen, which inform how he approaches matters today.
