Susan Formosa
Associate
Susan Formosa focuses her practice on medical malpractice defense, representing hospitals, physicians, and other medical personnel in high-stakes litigation. She joined Coffey Modica O’Meara LLP with a strong background in this area of the law, having started her career as an intern in the Office of the General Counsel at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center and later working for regional New York law firms in this practice area. Susan also practices in general liability defense.
Overview
While in law school, Susan participated in its Criminal Defense Clinic and the Suspension Representation Project, representing middle and high school students at their suspension hearings.
